Then you want to make an appointment with them to bring in the forms to your local office. That way you are sure Social security has your disability application on file.
Then within 3-9 months you will be allowed or denied. If you are denied you have 60 days to file an appeal. You may want to consider hiring a social security disability attorney if you get denied.

If they get back to work before that great.
